The Company
Omnia Infosys is a company with regional presence and with a great vocation for innovation. The company has been in the Canary Islands market for 20 years. Omnia Infosys is the mother company of other local companies: 07 Globalan (Telecommunications industry) and Nartex Software. Our main activity is IT solutions for business and education, but we are also specialized in the tourism sector for 10 years. We have international experience in the South American market, where in 2007 we created a company to provide services to European companies. We have also developed projects in the Iberian Peninsula. There are several vertical in the company, created with the aim of increasing specialization in a specific area. Among these are: OmniaCare, manager service provider; OmniaEdu, Education Department in order to accompany the teachers in adapting new technologies in classrooms; OmniaDev, systems software development department.
The Project
This software is oriented to obtain customer data through the access of their mobile devices to the Internet. The goal is to attract customers to use more the WiFi service in the hotel, principally through the Social WiFi concept, where customer interest data will be captured. The result of the process is the improvement in the loyalty and digital reputation through commercial and marketing actions. This way you can increase the profitability of each hotel customer. The marketing and sales department of the hotel will be able to monitor in real time the concerns and needs of the guests. In this way they will anticipate and adapt their offer in a predictive way (through Machine Learning). In addition, the software records travel patterns within the hotel facilities, in order to create heat maps for further analysis. With this data you can target marketing promotions with customer segmentation.
