This project is a partnership between two enterprises: CEREAL GAMES and CUSTOM PROJECT.
Cereal Games is a high-end startup aimed at the digital development of "Serious Games", i.e., interactive games structured according to the principles of entertainment, but for educational and / or informative purposes. It is supported by R & D covering technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Internet of Things.
Its mission is the development of games that combine entertainment with serious and complex processes and themes, such as education, health, marketing, etc.
CUSTOMPROJECT is a startup aimed at UX / UI and Concept Creation with a high focus on market needs. We assume a very central role in the area of events by participating in the creation and follow-up of a solution with already proven world-wide and high global growth. We also participate on innovative solutions in the health care area.
The Project
This project consists of creating an Exergame that aims to promote physical exercise with an entertaining and motivational component.
A peripheral will be developed that will allow the user to interact with the software: the peripheral being an exercise bike and software an augmented reality game. The conceptual and technological combination of these two components makes the Shared Augmented Reality BIKE (SAR BIKE)!
In a moment after its creation, will begin a second phase of development and maintenance of an online platform of communication between SAR Bikers spread around the world, ie, this platform will allow online competition, as well as sharing and comparison of scores through social networks.
SAR BIKE will be the first device for home use and / or in gyms, where users can exercise on virtual tracks, record the progress of their physical indexes and share this data with their friends.
